What is the Quest 50% Hotel Savings Program?
This program provides you with 50% off the standard non-discounted rate (rack rate) at participating hotels subject to availability. Participating hotels can be located through the online search or in your Quest Directory, enclosed in your membership kit.
Are there any restrictions related to the 50% discount?
Yes. The Quest discount is subject to availability. Participating hotels will accept your Quest reservation until they project an 80% occupancy rate or higher for the date(s) requested. To avoid this, make your reservations as early as possible. Also, some hotels have restrictions concerning advance notice or blackout dates. See Terms and Conditions and your Quest Directory for all applicable restrictions regarding your membership.

How do I make a hotel reservation at the Quest discounted rate?
Online, in Quest’s Hotel Search section, locate the Quest Preferred Properties for your desired area. You will be instructed to call your chosen hotel to actually make your reservation. (Off-line, follow the instructions in your Quest Directory to make reservations.)
How many rooms can I reserve at the Quest discounted rate?
Your discount is limited to one room per member card per visit.
What if a Quest hotel offers a better rate than the Quest 50% discount?
Some hotels do occasionally offer promotional rates. Our Quest Assurance program may provide a 10% discount off that promotional rate. If the Quest Assurance discount is available, make sure to ask to have the discount applied to your room rate.

Are there any restrictions regarding Quest Assurance?
Like the Quest 50% Rate, the Quest Assurance discount is also subject to availability. Promotional room rates—to which the Quest Assurance discount is applied—include special prices offered to the general public, but do not apply to group, convention, package rates, coupon promotions, internet, or travel agency bookings. A few hotels do not honor the Quest Assurance discount.
Is there a penalty for not using my reservation or "Not-Showing"?
Your credit card is used to guarantee your hotel reservation. Cancellation policies exist at most hotels. Your credit card will be charged a penalty in the event you fail to follow the hotel's cancellation policy. Information on each hotel's cancellation policy can be obtained by calling the hotel directly at the number provided in the Quest Hotel electronic or printed directory.
What are the change and cancellation policies for a hotel reservation?

Please check the spelling of the city. Be sure that a state was also selected. You may have entered a city that has no hotels available. Try selecting fewer amenities to broaden your search.

What is the Quest Metro program? How does it work?
Quest Metro is a service that is included with your membership that allows you to save 25-40% for lodging at more than 18,000 hotels in major cities. Members can stay at hotels like Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton up to 50% off. Most savings are from 25-40% off standard, non-discounted rack rates.
